I bumped my head in the pool today. I was leisurely floating on my back and didn’t notice I had come close to the edge. So, I spent some minutes in the water holding the same side SEL 16 with the little toe. For those who do not know it already, it is a great flow to keep the circulation harmonious after head injuries.
