Travelers Guide To Healing

A Flow To Keep Us Strong

So what do control, breathing, laughter, and balance have in common? They might not, but their combination is a powerful one.

We assume control of our destiny, disperse fear (SEL 23), and begin to breathe (SEL 3). Then, we remind ourselves gently that laughter can heal us (SELs 15-3). We end with the mental (SEL 15) and physical balance (SEL 6) to keep us steady and grounded. By the way, I’ve seen it in the pulses how holding SEL 6 harmonizes both aspects of 2nd DepthLung and Large Intestine Function Energy.

A flyer demonstrating this self-help harmonizing sequence has been circulating among the Jin Shin Jyutsu community for the past couple of weeks. We owe our thanks to the JSJ® Scottsdale and JSJ® instructor Iole Lebensztajn for their generosity to share it with us. I am including it here for those who haven’t seen it yet.

I am in control of my own destiny.
I breathe and laugh
In harmony.
