A Flow To Keep Us Strong

So what do control, breathing, laughter, and balance have in common? They might not, but their combination is a powerful one. We assume control of our destiny, disperse fear (SEL 23), and begin to breathe (SEL 3). Then, we remind ourselves gently that laughter can heal us (SELs 15-3). We end with the mental (SEL 15) and physical balance (SEL 6) to keep us steady and grounded.
