Look at Text 1, page 9 . The energetic flow in the right hand ascends along the back of it, goes over the fingers and descends down toward the wrist. So, in the palm of the right hand, the direction of the flow is from the fingers towards the wrist.

In the left hand, the energetic flow ascends from the wrist along the palm, over the fingers and descends along the back of the left hand. So, here is how the directions look.
