Tatiana Stantcheva holds a Ph.D. in Physics from The Ohio State University where she completed her dissertation on the “Application of Stochastic Approaches to Modeling of Interstellar Chemistry.”  She is the author of multiple scientific articles and the recipient of The Ohio State Presidential Fellowship. 

She is currently a Professor of Physics at Northern Virginia Community College, maintains a private academic and life coaching practice, and serves as the Executive Vice President of NOVA Friends Fund. She is also a member of the American Physical Society, the American Association of Physics Teachers, and the  International Coach Federation.

Tatiana has studied the healing art of Jin Shin Jyutsu with Carlos Gutterres and Wayne Hackett since 2011.  Deeply compassionate, she also volunteers with hospice at  Goodwin House, practices Yoga, QiGong and Jin Shin Jyutsu, and maintains an additional blog Effortless Reality. She lives with her husband, two children, and a rescue cocker spaniel in the suburbs of Northern Virginia, US.
