Recently my eyelid started twitching again, so I had to revive an old favorite—holding my second toe.
It still amazes me how quickly the twitching disappears as soon as I hold the second (“eye”) toe.
The idea comes from the “Eye” sequence for opening Safety Energy Lock 10 in Textbook 1 (p. 24). The final step of that sequence is holding the second toe together with the same-side Safety Energy Lock 20.
Now I’m curious whether the sequence would work just as well if I focused on steps 3 and 4 instead:
- one hand under the opposite arm,
- the other hand on the opposite Safety Energy Lock 20 (step 3), and
- the opposite Safety Energy Lock 21 (step 4).
Has anyone experimented with the second toe? For what projects?
