Hello, subscriber!
I apologize for the typo in my last letter - the date for Saturn's entry into Pisces was wrongly set to March 4. The correct date is March 7.

Pisces season is slowly building up. Sun is already in Pisces, illuminating areas of life that call for healing and release. Have you felt it? I know I have. We had to put our dog to sleep this past week, and it has been truly a time of mercy, kindness, grieving, and healing for the family. We didn’t plan it, but it had to be done, and Pisces gentle reminder that the world extends beyond the visible has been helpful in coping with our loss.

Pisces can, however, overdo it. How do you deal with out-of-bound Pisces? With a healthy dose of practicality from diametrically-opposite Virgo, that insists on efficiency and service. Virgo’s awesome gift of discernment immediately spots unproductive Pisces behavior and calls it out. It is all good to help others and be above this world, but are you sure this is spirit and not ego masquerading as spirit?

Sprinkle this Pisces-Virgo mix with a bit of Gemini curiosity for learning new information and skills, and Sagittarius love for adventure and growth, and you will be dragged out of bed, brushing your hair and teeth, and going out and doing things.

JSJ Self-Help Recommendation

The most powerful day for release during this month of Pisces is during Full Moon, March 7. Coincidentally, it is also when Saturn enters Pisces. Saturn dictates responsibility and self-reliance but also brings release in its own ways. Any lesson learned, any obligation paid, you are released from it forever.

I will work on the Umbilicus FE in the upcoming week, especially on March 7.

Capricorn/Umbilicus is Saturn's realm, and the big taskmaster will not abandon ruling it just because it is about to enter Pisces. Saturn’s ability to set systems in place is handy when he visits other energies. It sets up systems, organizes structures, and delegates management to worthy underlings so that the Saturnian presence is felt even when absent.

All the more to keep an eye on Capricorn/Umbilicus as Pluto is about it exit it within a month, but not before one final push for transformation. Capricorn naturally gets along with Virgo - both being practical and resource-oriented. Capricorn can also find common ground with Pisces since both are committed to security - one material, the other spiritual. So, keeping Capricorn/Umbilicus in harmony will also smooth the Pisces-Virgo opposition during Full Moon.

The sequence comes from Text 2, p. 31, and is called the "halo" in our JSJ community. Feeling lazy or in the mood for a simpler sequence? Hold your ring finger this week.

🌛 Moon Tracking

Tracking the Moon every day, every month, for the entire year is too much for me. I have focused my Moon tracking on the days of lunation - Full and New Moon. If I am looking for ideas or solutions, I use the New Moon for meditation and research. The time of the Full moon is for release, and after that - rest until the next month.

Next Full Moon is March 7 in Virgo
Full Moon time is the time for release. Release of outgrown patterns. Release of suppressed energies to be dealt with consciously. Or simply a release of projects into the world - time to let them ride the universal waves for at least two weeks before the next push during the New Moon.

Next Full Moon occurs on March 7 in Pisces - Virgo. The invitation is to balance practicality with spirituality and honor our unity and uniqueness. Saturn enters Pisces on the same day, March 7, and it will bring some boundaries and pragmatism. So, the theme of being practical in our kindness and spirituality is emphasized. The true path of release lies in the middle, not in the extremes of selfishness and martyrdom.

The JSJ Self-Help recommendation for this time is Large Intestine Function Energy because it gets along with Sun's Pisces and Moon's Virgo energies. It also boosts the Taurus energies, where Uranus has been shaking up things for quite a long.

Next New Moon is March 21 in 00 Aries. Spring time!
Spring comes with a bang this year! Both Sun and Moon will enter Aries at the same time. Time to give ourselves Aries/Lung Function Energy

New Moon facilitates beginnings. They are a great time to get an idea or inspiration and start working on it. Look to the house in your chart to find where to apply all the New Moon insights.
