There are several methods for the elimination of the fatigue tension from the Mediator

Method 1

This method is convenient to apply on self while sitting. It is given in SH1, p.19 and TH, p.53. All steps are held simultaneously.

Left Side Self Help

  • Keep the knees in touch (clears up descending energy)
  • Left thumb over left ring fingernail. (clears up chest)
  • Right hand over left shoulder (clears up ascending energy)

Right Side Self Help

  • Keep the knees in touch
  • Right thumb over right ring fingernail.
  • Left hand over right shoulder

Method 2

This method is convenient while lying on back. It comes from T1, p.48. All steps are held simultaneously.

Left Side Self Help

  • Right 6 (instep) on L 1 (bend right leg and place foot over L 1)
  • Left thumb over left ring fingernail.
  • Right hand on L 3

Right Side Self Help

  • Left 6 (instep) on L 1 (bend left leg and place foot over R 1)
  • Right thumb over right ring fingernail.
  • Left hand on R 3
